About the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity to learn about the Society's achievements over the past year and goals for the future, as well as to elect new Council members.

The AGM is held every June.

The next AGM will take place on Monday 8 June 2026.

The 2026 AGM will be held both in-person and streamed online. To attend the AGM in-person, you will need to book a ticket and bring your membership card with you on the day.

You can also able to watch the AGM being live streamed from 4.30pm on Monday 8 June - you will need to log into the website to watch. You do not need to book to watch the AGM online.
