The States of Precarity team would like to invite all geographers to the launch of the States of Precarity in UK Higher Education Geography report, funded by the Antipode Foundation and the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG).

The report explores the immediate and long-term effects of precarity across UK Geography, from postgraduate researchers to professors and those who have left academia.

It provides a snapshot of how precarity shapes working and personal lives and offers recommendations and best practice resources to support more equitable and caring departmental cultures.

The event will present the key findings from the report and offer space for critical discussion.
