Are you a postgraduate geographer?

The next Annual International Conference is a fantastic opportunity to share your research and build your professional networks. The 2026 conference will take place in London and online, from Tuesday 1 to Friday 4 September 2026.

This will offer advice on how you can get involved and make the most of your time at the conference. Topics covered will include the different ways to participate, how to find organised sessions, and how to write a strong abstract.

Panellists will include Professor Peter Hopkins, Conference Chair, and Dr Sarah L. Evans, Research and Collections Engagement Manager at the Society.

There will also be plenty of time for audience questions, so please do bring yours along.

  • Advance booking for this event is required. In order to book you will need an account on our website. If you already have an account you will be prompted to log in when you click 'book now'. Please if you do not have one yet (you do not need to be a member of the Society to create an account).
  • This event will be held on Zoom and joining instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
